While in Annapolis, MD, I had the awesome opportunity to work with Music4More! They were a Nonprofit organization dedicated to helping fund music programs in schools and music therapy for veterans. They would accept broken instrument donations and fix them before giving them to either the children or veterans. If the instruments could not be fixed, they were given to artists, like me! I replaced the head of this drum with a painting before cleaning, polishing, staining, and oiling the rest of the drum. And then, because I love a good dad joke, I titled it Drumming Waves.
